Herb Lambacher has re-acquired full ownership of HGC Management Inc. on November 30, 2019 as a result of GFL acquisition of Canada Fibers Ltd. Previously Herb had sold 50% of the company ownership to Canada Fibers Ltd. Green For Life has since purchased Canada Fibers.

Herb made a decision to take the reins on 100% of his company once more and has plans to expand which includes seeking out new municipal contracts.
